Hong Kong, 5 October, 2026: Hex Trust has partnered with BCB Group to provide fiat on- and off-ramping for its institutional clients across USD, EUR, AED and other major currencies. Hex Trust will also connect to BLINC, BCB Group's instant settlement network, which settles 24/7/365 across more than 400 institutional clients, including exchanges, liquidity providers, stablecoin issuers, funds and brokers.
BCB Group joins Hex Trust's network of fiat settlement partners, adding settlement capacity for clients of Hex Trust's regulated entities in Dubai (VARA) and St. Vincent and the Grenadines (FSA)*.
For payment service providers (PSPs), remittance providers and platforms or clients that accept digital assets, the hard part is the final step. They need fiat in a named account, on time, without holding digital assets on their own balance sheet. That step decides how quickly a business can pay its own suppliers, partners and customers.
This partnership shortens it. Clients keep custody and conversion with Hex Trust and settle onward through BCB Group, so the flow from digital asset to fiat account runs through two partners built for institutional use under a regulated framework.
Nader Najm, Managing Director, Dubai at Hex Trust, said, “Our clients want crypto in and fiat out, without the operational mess in between. They can trade with our desk as they do today, or plug into Convert-to-Pay and automate the whole thing. Either way, compliance is handled and funds land in their account. BCB brings the fiat rails and banking depth we wanted behind both.”
What Clients Can Do
- Onboard with BCB Group and open named fiat accounts
- Access FX through BCB Group
- Settle around the clock. Mutual clients can use BLINC, BCB Group's instant, 24/7/365 settlement network, for transfers between Hex Trust and BCB Group clients
- Keep custody as it is. Nothing changes in existing Hex Trust arrangements
“Institutions that hold digital assets with Hex Trust need to move fiat just as quickly and reliably. Through this partnership, they can open regulated accounts with BCB Group, access FX and settle around the clock, all alongside their existing custody arrangements. Hex Trust shares our standards on regulation and security, which makes this a natural fit,” said Andrew Bywater, Head of Strategic Partnerships at BCB Group.
Looking Ahead
Hex Trust and BCB Group will continue to work together to widen access for institutional clients across the region, starting with the UAE. PSPs, remittance providers and platforms that want to settle digital asset flows into fiat can contact either firm to begin onboarding.
Hex Trust and BCB Group will also host Stablecoins Meet Fiat Rails, an invite-only evening for payments leaders during TOKEN2049 Singapore on 7 October 2026.
*The St. Vincent and the Grenadines licence is expected by the end of 2026.
