Safeguarding & segregation
Customer assets, held in trust.
For Cross-Border Money Transfer Services: All fiat monies received from or held on behalf of customers for the purpose of executing cross-border money transfers are strictly segregated and safeguarded in accordance with Section 23 of the Payment Services Act. These customer funds are deposited directly into a dedicated, ring-fenced client bank account maintained exclusively with our designated safeguarding institution in Singapore: DBS Bank Ltd. These funds are completely insulated from Hex Technologies Pte. Ltd.’s operational capital and corporate balance sheet.
For Digital Payment Token Services: All digital payment tokens received from or held on behalf of customers are held in trust in segregated, independent client custody wallets. We utilise multi-layer cold-storage architectures, and institutional cryptographic key management, to ensure client digital assets are strictly isolated from company assets at all times. In the event of an unreconciled shortfall in customer assets resulting from an insolvency event or systemic network liquidation, you may be required to share in that shortfall proportionately with other customers. Hex Technologies Pte. Ltd. maintains granular, real-time ledger accounting of each customer’s distinct interest in any commingled asset pools.

Fees & Exchange Rates
Transparent fees and FX.
Exchange Rate Pricing Methodology and Intermediary Fee Disclosures. Hex Technologies Pte. Ltd. provides complete transparency over pricing architecture for institutional cross-border transfers.
Exchange Rate Fixation: Foreign exchange conversions are quoted in real-time and formulated based on prevailing wholesale interbank spot market rates, inclusive of a transparent, contractually pre-agreed conversion spread.
Correspondent and Intermediary Charges: While outbound transactions are initiated seamlessly, final settlement values may be subject to standard Deductions at Source, processing overheads, or handling fees levied by external intermediary correspondent banks and beneficiary receiving institutions. These peripheral third-party fees occur outside our platform’s direct operational perimeter and are borne by the transacting party unless alternative billing structures are established in your Service Agreement.
