DUBAI, 28 April 2025 — Hex Trust, a leading digital asset financial institution specializing in custody, staking, and markets services, has partnered with Fuze, one of the Middle East and Turkey’s fastest growing digital assets infrastructure firms. This collaboration will deliver secure, compliant, and institutional-grade digital asset custody solutions across the MENA region for financial institutions, banks, fintechs, and enterprises.
Hex Trust is fully-licensed by the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA), holding three VASP licenses for custodial services, broker-dealer activities, and management and investment services under its HT Markets MENA FZE entity. Fuze also holds a VARA license, enabling it to offer broker-dealer services to institutional investors, retail clients, and qualified investors across the region.
As two regulated entities, this partnership marks a pivotal step toward accelerating the adoption of digital assets across MENA, providing financial institutions, banks, and enterprises with trusted access to the digital asset ecosystem.
“Hex Trust is dedicated to establishing a new benchmark for digital asset infrastructure across MENA. Our partnership with Fuze combines our institutional-grade custody with their local expertise, offering trusted access to digital assets for regional institutions,” said Filippo Buzzi, Managing Director, MENA, Hex Trust. “MENA is rapidly emerging as a global hub for digital assets, and we’re excited to support its growth by enabling a secure and licensed gateway for institutions and enterprises.”
Mo Ali Yusuf, CEO of Fuze, added, “Through this partnership, we’re combining Hex Trust’s global leadership in digital asset custody with Fuze’s deep integration across the local banking and fintech ecosystem. Together, we are laying the trusted foundations for the next era of tokenization, crypto adoption, and compliant innovation across the MENA region.”
In addition to digital asset custody, Hex Trust and Fuze will explore further opportunities for collaboration, including enhancing connectivity between digital asset solutions and traditional financial systems. Both companies will work together to accelerate the adoption of blockchain-powered finance in the UAE.
