Hex Trust Receives SOC 1 Type II Certification from Deloitte, Demonstrating Commitment to Financial Controls and Regulatory Compliance

Hex Trust has successfully completed its SOC 1 Type II - SOC for Service Organizations with its independent auditor Deloitte.

The successful completion of this attestation follows the successful completion of the SOC 1 Type I Certification received by Hex Trust in February 2023, demonstrating Hex Trust's capability to meet the regulatory financial services standards for its operations, client reporting and financial crime compliance.

The SOC 1 Type II attestation is an independent inspection conducted by Deloitte, which assesses Hex Trust’s organizational controls over a period of six months. This inspection adheres to the widely recognized auditing standard, International Standard on Assurance Engagement 3402 (“ISAE 3402”).

Hex Trust has consistently strived to meet the strictest regulatory and compliance standards. Hex Trust was previously granted the SOC 1 Type I attestation and SOC 2 Type I & Type II certification by Deloitte. Furthermore, Hex Trust obtained the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) STAR Level 2 Certification in December 2023, becoming an advanced Trusted Cloud Provider committed to full cloud security competency. Hex Trust also employs a compliance-oriented approach to protect customers' interest and setting a good benchmark for the industry players. 

Please note that the previous materials included the SOC 1 Type II certification, which has now been updated to SOC 1 Type I & Type II. Similarly, the STAR Level 1 Certification has been updated to STAR Level 1 & 2 Certification.
